Terms of use

The short version: this is a QA assistant. Every commercial decision is yours.

What this service does

It reads an RFQ package, extracts the fields it can find with source evidence, and reports missing information, conflicting information, revision mismatches, attachment problems and ambiguity.

What it does not do

It does not quote, price, cost, margin, bid or no-bid. It does not read CAD solids, generate tool paths, or connect to an ERP, a CRM or any machine. It does not decide whether a customer is worth taking and it does not decide whether the requirements are acceptable. It does not send anything to your customer.

A report is an assistant's reading of a document, not a certification. Verify what matters before you rely on it — which is exactly what the evidence links are for.

Extraction can be wrong

Field values are extracted by a language model and then checked against the source text. A value that cannot be verified is dropped rather than shown, so a dash in the report means "not established", not "not present". A value that is present but misread can still appear. Check the quoted source before you act on a field.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to upload the documents you submit, and the right to send them to the model provider this service is configured with.
  • You are responsible for the commercial decisions this service informs. It carries no professional or legal liability for a quote, a price, a delivery date or a decision to accept or decline work.
  • Do not submit anything you are not permitted to transmit, and do not attempt to use the service to process material you have no right to process.

Availability

Provided as-is, with no uptime commitment. Reports are best-effort and expire; download what you need while you need it.
