Privacy policy
Written to be read, not to be survived. It describes this specific service rather than a generic template.
What you send us
Only what you choose to upload: an RFQ package — an email body, drawings, spreadsheets, spec sheets, images. We do not ask for an account, a name or an email address, and we do not ask you to create one to use this.
What we keep
| Uploaded files | Deleted from storage as soon as extraction finishes, whether the check succeeded or failed. |
|---|---|
| The report | Stored so you can come back to it, with an expiry (30 days by default) and a delete button on the report page. |
| Server logs | Request path, status and the shape of any error. Never the content of your documents, never the extracted field values. |
| Accounts | There are none. |
| Analytics / tracking | There are none. No third-party scripts are permitted by this site's own content security policy, so a tracker could not load even if one were added. |
Who else sees it
Your package is sent to the AI model provider configured for this deployment in order to extract the fields, and no further. That is the one place your document content leaves this service, and it is the reason this tool cannot be deployed as a purely local application.
No advertising, no data broker, no sale of anything.
Model providers and your terms
Before using this with a real package, check what your own contract with your customer says about sending drawings and specifications to a third-party service. That is a question for you, not for us — and it is the reason the tool shows you the evidence for every value it reports.
Deletion
Delete a report from its own page and it is gone immediately. Otherwise it is removed when its expiry passes. Uploaded bytes do not wait for the expiry — they are already gone.
